CAMPUS CRISIS MANAGEMENT

Dr. Bataille is co-editor of the book Higher Education Leadership in a Time of Crisis and author of the monograph Leadership in Times of Crisis: ‘Cool Head, Warm Heart.' While not a technical expert of the National Incident Management System or other federal and state mandates, Bataille will work with the leadership team to assess their readiness for a campus crisis and use case studies to help leadership teams prepare for potential crises on the campus.  She has worked with campuses struggling to create a "new normal" to address the challenges of Covid on their campuses and can lead day-long meetings to explore how campuses will plan for the future.
