Dr. Bataille has been invited to speak in over 20 countries and in her various administrative roles has developed or directed programs in Mexico, Thailand, China, South Africa, Italy, UAE and other countries.  The success of new programs is dependent upon the effectiveness of the institutional leaders, and Bataille is prepared to work with groups of leaders within an institution, system or country to facilitate best practices in internationalizing higher education.  As the Senior Academic Advisor for Navitas, an international education company that focuses on global student success programs, and through her engagement with the National  Excellence in School Leadership Initiative (NESLI) in Australia, she has been developing leadership strategies at multiple levels of education. She has participated in programs with AIEA and NAFSA and has published articles about internationalization of US campuses.
