Dr. Gretchen M. Bataille

INTRODUCTION

Gretchen M. Bataille provides advice and guidance to higher education leaders and non-profit organizations in the United States and abroad that are seeking new approaches to leadership, organizational change or assessment.  Activities include leadership team evaluation, board and faculty development through retreats and interactive meetings, developmental activities that support diversity and women’s leadership and lectures/presentations/workshops to improve institutional effectiveness.  Her experiences at diverse institutions provide a background for working with new presidents and their leadership teams at both public and private institutions.
