WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP

During her entire career, Dr. Bataille has been an invited speaker for conferences and meetings focusing on women’s roles in higher education and the slow progress of women in achieving meaningful leadership positions.  Her own experiences in leadership and her success in mentoring women leaders make her a good choice for a speaker or facilitator for programs focused on the examination of the current and future roles for women in higher education.  Her article "Moving Up or Moving On:  Succcession Planning" addresses the strategies women need to employ to better understand their own trajectories into leadership positions.
